If your Kandil isn't quite right for your space, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original heritage packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Our Approach
As a small artisanal studio, we pour a lot of love into every piece. If you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the package. We'll replace it immediately, ensuring your home stays illuminated.
For standard returns or exchanges, the return shipping is handled by the customer. Once we receive your item back at our studio and confirm its condition, we'll process your refund or send out your exchange.
Mindful Gifting
Received a Kandil as a gift? We can offer an exchange for a different scent or store credit so you can choose the piece that speaks to you.
